Postlicensing – NC Laws, Rules, and Legal Concepts. This class will be offered in an interactive, virtual format.

Dates for the class are February 15-25, Monday-Thursday.  Class times are from 6:00 pm to 9:45 pm, each evening.  Please bring your pocket card and photo id for registration. Student is responsible for purchasing or obtaining the current NC Real Estate Manual.  Cost is $225.00. Pay online via PayPal or by check or cash at the Main St. office.
