Post licensing – NC Laws, Rules, and Legal Concepts.  Offered in a virtual, synchronous learning format online.

Dates for the class are November 6, 7, 13, & 14.  Class times are Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.  Please bring your pocket card and photo id for registration. Student is responsible for purchasing or obtaining the current NC Real Estate Manual.  Cost is $225.00. Pay online via PayPal or by check or cash at the Main St. office.
