Post licensing- Contracts and Closings. Dates for the class are June 11 through June 21. Class times are from 6:00 pm to 9:45 pm Monday thru Thursday. Please bring your pocket card for registration. Student is responsible for purchasing or obtaining the current NC Real Estate Manual. Class cost is $225.00. Pay online via PayPal or by check or cash at the Main St. office.
