Post licensing- Contracts and Closings. Dates for the class are April 9 through April 18. Class times are from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday and Wednesday. Please bring your pocket card for registration. Student is responsible for purchasing or obtaining the current NC Real Estate Manual. Class cost is $225.00. Pay online via PayPal or by check or cash at the Main St. office.
