Post licensing- Selected Topics. Dates for the class are January 21 through January 31. Class times are from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm Monday through Thursday. Please bring your pocket card for registration. Student is responsible for purchasing or obtaining the current NC Real Estate Manual. Class cost is $225.00. Pay online via PayPal or by check or cash at the Main St. office.
