North Carolina Real Estate Pre licensing Class.  Classes are online in a virtual, synchronous format.

Class dates are September 11 through October 10.  Class times are Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Prepare for the NC State and National exam with top notch instruction from industry veteran Petra Gooding. Final Exam on October 10 will be in-person at our office, make-up exam date: October 16. Cost of the class is $450.00. Textbook & materials are included. If you have the approved textbook the cost of the class is $400.00. Pay online via Paypal or at the main office by cash or check.
