North Carolina Real Estate Pre Licensing Class. Class dates are April 9th through May 8th. Class times are 8:00 am to 4:00pm every Saturday  and Sunday. Prepare for the NC State and National exam with top notch instruction from industry veteran Petra Gooding. Final Exam on May 8th, make-up exam date: May 14th. Cost of the class is $425.00. Textbook is included. If you have the approved textbook the cost of the class is $375.00. Pay online via Paypal or at the main office by cash or check.
