North Carolina Real Estate Pre Licensing Class. Class dates are January 11 through February 9.  Class times are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Saturday and Sunday. Prepare for the NC State and National exam with top notch instruction from industry veteran Petra Gooding. Final Exam on February 9, make-up exam date: February 16. Cost of the class is $450.00.
