Are you looking to become a real estate agent?  Then this is the class you are looking for!

North Carolina Real Estate Broker Prelicensing Class.  Classes will be held in-person at our office in Clayton.  Final exam will be held on the last day of class.

Class dates are January 6 thru February 11.  Class times are Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (no class will be held the weekend of 2/3 & 2/4). Prepare for the NC State and National exam with top notch instruction from industry veteran Petra Gooding.  Final Exam on February 11 will be in-person at our office.  Retake exam date: February 17, if necessary. Cost of the class is $450.00. Textbook & materials are included. If you have the approved textbook the cost of the class is $400.00. Pay online via Paypal or at the main office by cash or check.
