Are you looking to become a real estate agent?  Then this is the class you are looking for!

North Carolina Real Estate Prelicensing Class.  Classes will be offered in a blended format, with some in-person and some virtual classes.

Prepare for the NC State and National exam with top notch instruction from industry veteran Petra Gooding.  Class dates are July 8 thru August 8.  Class times are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings from 6:00 pm to 9:45 pm. Monday and Wednesday classes will be in-person at our facility in Clayton.  Tuesday and Thursday classes will be virtual.   The Final Exam will be in person at our office on August 8.  Make-up exam date: August 13, if necessary. Cost of the class is $450.00. Textbook & materials are included. If you have the approved textbook the cost of the class is $400.00. Pay online via Paypal or at the main office by cash or check.
