Our goal is to be the center of Real Estate Education for Southern Wake and Johnston County! HTR Academy offers the state mandated classroom education to obtain your license, the “Prelicensing Classes”.
When you have successfully obtained your “Provisional Broker License”, HTR Academy also offers the three state required “Postlicensing Classes” required to keep your license Active and allow you to practice.
